CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PURCHASE?

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to request an exchange or return. The costs inherent to this process are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the parts present some type of defect or other non-conformity. If the pieces have any defect or other non-conformity, Glory will collect them from the customer's address.

After sending the item(s) to our facilities, we will analyze their condition and, if the exchange/return conditions are met, we will refund the amount paid for the item(s) within a maximum period of 15 days( s).

For the exchange or return to be duly authorized, the item(s) must meet certain requirements, namely:
a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete.

The exchange or return of orders must be made via email cliente@gloryfashion.pt, indicating the item(s) you want to return, as well as the order number.

HOW IS MY ORDER SENT?

Glory entrusts the delivery of orders to an external transport service, sending the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays, and on the days and times used by the shipping company. logistics, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

The delivery time for the order(s) may vary depending on the destination country. Delivery time for mainland Portugal is 48/72H and for Europe it varies between 10-15 working days. Delivery to the islands (Azores and Madeira) may take longer, due to the constraints inherent to the type of transport carried out.
These conditions are not fixed and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

⁠HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE PRICE OF SHIPPING COSTS?

For each order, and according to the number of items purchased, the total purchase value and the country of destination, the shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout, according to the following table:

Purchases worth €100.00 or more and with a delivery address in mainland Portugal benefit from free shipping.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for your orders using a debit or credit card, mbway, ATM, payshop, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
If you choose to pay via ATM, you have 3 days to confirm it. If payment is not made within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER HISTORY?

In a simple and practical way, you can check your order history by accessing your account. Once identified, using your username and password, click on “My Orders” and you will be able to consult the list of your purchases.
