The Customer/User may return the ordered product(s) 14 days after receipt, provided that: The product(s) have not been used. The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and labels intact. The product(s) are complete.

Ceremony collection product(s), accessories and underwear cannot be returned. The Customer/User must request the return of the order via email cliente@gloryfashion.pt indicating the item(s) they want to return, as well as the order number.
